Angelica Kontoroff, the principal of Kontoroff Law P.C., handles all aspects of trust and estate litigation matters.
Angelica’s experience includes representing clients with regard to, among other things, complex will contests and trust disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fiduciary removal proceedings, construction claims, contested accountings, turnover and reverse turnover proceedings, a spousal right of election proceeding, and the appeal of a decision in a turnover proceeding. Angelica was selected to the 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 New York Metro Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers magazine. She has hosted various presentations on trusts and estates litigation, including on minimizing the risk of litigation in providing planning services and strategies for gaining leverage in will contests.
